What you'll do:

• You'll play a key role in the development of our main web platforms, actively contributing to the frontend technical vision and architecture.
• You'll design and build high-performance, responsive components and interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and the marketing team to transform ideas and requirements into smooth, engaging user experiences.
• You'll propose architectural choices and lead best practices to maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• You'll expand and maintain our proprietary component library.

What you won’t do:

• You won’t handle design and prototyping on Figma or similar tools.
• We don’t write tests, but don’t tell anyone.
• You won’t be bound by strict programming patterns or rigid rules, in fact, we’ll probably ask you how we should do things.

• 3+ years of frontend development experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript.
• End-to-end feature development experience: from designing routes and choosing technologies to component structure and state management.
• Familiarity with advanced client-side architecture concepts, performance optimization, and component design.
• Experience managing state using React Context API.
• Critical thinking: ability to break down complex problems, structure clear solutions, and pay attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude in taking implementation responsibility while respecting external requirements without compromising code quality.
• Experience tracking user activity and interactions with the application.
• (Bonus) Mobile development experience.
• (Bonus) Prior experience in a scaleup environment.

• Identify limitations and inefficiencies in existing AI workflows, and propose smart, practical solutions that drive our technology and mission forward.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in LLMs and widely-used AI frameworks.
• Reasoning ability: given the necessary knowledge, you enjoy solving complex problems. You think from first principles, structure your ideas clearly, resist biases, and take care of important details.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and frameworks in AI.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.

What you'll do:

• Play a key role in shaping and building our AI team from the ground up. You won’t just be joining the journey — you’ll help define its direction, culture, and long-term impact.
• Lead the strategic selection and application of state-of-the-art AI models and approaches, understanding their strengths and weaknesses.
• Design and develop sophisticated multimodal AI features that align with our personalized learning philosophy.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience building and implementing AI models, especially LLMs and multimodal systems.
• Strong understanding of how different LLMs work, their capabilities and limits.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying autonomous or multi-agent AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI in production and the ability to build scalable, efficient systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
• Excellent reasoning and problem-solving skills: you think from first principles and communicate ideas clearly.
• Curiosity and adaptability in learning emerging AI technologies.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
