Texts of up to 100,000 characters for your automatic maps

Until now, Algor Education allowed the creation of conceptual maps, mental maps, and summaries automatically only from texts with a limit of 15,000 characters. Both the Map from Text and Map from Photo functionalities allowed inserting texts via copy-paste, loading PDF file pages, or photographs of books and notes with a limit of 15,000 characters. With the new update of the Pro plan, and only with this type of subscription, whether monthly or annual, it is finally possible to extend this limit and synthesize much longer texts, up to 100,000 characters. This way, you won't have to split your texts into different parts.

With the Basic plan, however, the character limit will always be 15,000. If you insert a text longer than the current limit, we will notify you that it will be truncated to 15,000, meaning that all characters beyond the limit will not be considered in the creation of the diagram and summary.

How the Multimap of the PRO Plan Works

You may be wondering: "How many maps will I get from a longer text? Always just one map, or several?" Our Algorino will determine the most suitable number of conceptual maps to visually simplify the starting text: the longer the starting text, the higher the probability of obtaining more than one conceptual map as a result. If the result is multiple maps, you can navigate between the obtained diagrams through the Multimap mode.

Each map, of course, will also be associated with a textual summary. For example, if you insert a text of about 30,000 characters, you might get 2 conceptual maps, each with its own summary.

All maps obtained from the starting text will be completely modifiable, customizable, and exportable. PRO, the plan with more credits from Algor Education AI credits are tokens that will allow you to use Algor Education's automatic features based on AI:

• Automatic conceptual and mental maps from texts and books with the Text to Map and Photo to Map functions;
• Automatic deepening generated by Algor's AI in the Magic Notes;
• Automatic suggestions in the map environment with the Quick Map feature, which allows you to create maps on any topic from a keyword or phrase;
• Automatic translation of maps into 5 languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, German.

In addition to unlocking the character limit, the Pro plan allows for another very important advantage, namely the highest number of monthly credits among Algor Education's plans. If you choose the monthly Pro plan, you will see 700 AI credits recharged to your account each month, compared to 150 for the Basic plan. If you choose the annual Pro plan, however, you will have 1000 credits every month. The Free plan, free forever, and the Basic plan will continue to have a 15,000-character limit.

How credits work in the PRO plan

With the Free and Basic plan, the consumption for each map created from text or photo is always 15 AI credits, as the text is always truncated to the character limit. In the PRO plan, however, the number of credits you will spend depends on the length of the inserted text:

• For texts UP TO 15,000 characters (included), the cost of the map will always be 15 credits. For example, a map from a text of 7,500 characters will cost 15 credits.
• For texts BEYOND 15,000 characters, the cost of the map will be the number of inserted characters divided by 1000, rounded up.

For example, if you insert a text of 24,001 to 25,000 characters, the consumption will be 25 AI credits. Therefore, as a general rule, more text transformed into maps leads to spending more credits, and after 15,000 characters, every additional 1,000 characters will cost you 1 more credit.

But don't worry, every time you create an automatic map from a text, you can see how many credits you are spending, and with the PRO plan, you will have many more credits available each month in your account.

Remember: the credits spent on the automatic conceptual map also include the creation of the summary.
